Refund Policy

This Refund Policy Disclaimer outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, or transfers may be considered for services provided by Shepherds Tactical ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is separate from and incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions.

1. General Refund Policy

All sales for training courses, classes, certifications, and related services are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing by Shepherds Tactical. Due to the nature of firearms training, defensive tactics instruction, security licensing, scheduling, and administrative preparation, refunds are limited.

 

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Deposits or reservation fees

  • Administrative or processing fees

  • Background check or licensing-related fees

  • Fees associated with third-party services or regulatory requirements

  • Missed classes or failure to attend scheduled training

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Requests to cancel or reschedule a class must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified at the time of registration. Approval of rescheduling is at the sole discretion of Shepherds Tactical and may be subject to availability, administrative fees, or additional requirements.

Failure to attend a scheduled class, late arrival, dismissal for unsafe behavior, or removal due to policy violations will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

 

4. Class Transfers

Class transfers may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. Transfers are not guaranteed and may be subject to administrative fees or limitations based on class size, licensing requirements, or instructor availability.

 

5. Instructor or Company Cancellations

If Shepherds Tactical cancels a class due to instructor availability, weather conditions, safety concerns, regulatory issues, or unforeseen circumstances, students may be offered one of the following at our discretion:

  • Rescheduling to a future class

  • A training credit for future use

  • A refund limited to the tuition portion paid (excluding non-refundable fees)

 

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Shepherds Tactical may result in suspension or termination of access to services and future enrollment. Documentation may be provided to payment processors to contest unauthorized or improper chargebacks.

 

7. No Guarantees

Shepherds Tactical does not guarantee licensing approval, certification issuance, course completion, employment opportunities, or specific outcomes. Refunds will not be issued due to failure to pass assessments, background checks, licensing requirements, or regulatory approvals.

 

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy Disclaimer at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting and will apply to future purchases unless otherwise required by law.
